MEET SHERYL R. FACEY, MD
Dr. Sheryl R. Facey is a dedicated OB/GYN with nearly 20 years of experience in private practice and over 22 years in the field of obstetrics and gynecology. She is known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach, providing exceptional care to women at every stage of life. A graduate of SUNY Stony Brook, Dr. Facey combines her deep medical expertise with a personal touch, making her patients feel valued, heard, and understood.

Rooted in her Jamaican heritage, Dr. Facey embraces a holistic approach to healthcare, integrating traditional practices with modern medicine. She believes in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms, and is dedicated to providing care that addresses the physical, emotional, and cultural needs of her patients. This approach allows her to connect with women on a deeper level, fostering trust and building long-lasting relationships.
Dr. Facey is passionate about empowering women to take control of their health. She prioritizes education, helping her patients make informed decisions about their care. Whether it's guiding a young woman through her first well-woman exam, supporting a mother during pregnancy, or helping a patient navigate menopause, Dr. Facey is committed to providing the knowledge and support her patients need to advocate for themselves and their health.

She takes the time to listen to her patients, tailoring her approach to meet their individual needs and preferences. Dr. Facey continually seeks to enhance her practice with innovative services that cater to her patients’ needs. She recently opened an IV Infusion clinic and introduced weight loss services, having personally experienced success with these treatments. Her firsthand experience with weight loss has inspired her to help others achieve their health goals, offering personalized guidance and support. Additionally, to accommodate her patients’ busy lives, Dr. Facey provides Televisits, offering flexible and accessible care options for those with demanding schedules or living in remote locations.
Outside of her practice, Dr. Facey is a devoted mother to two daughters, who inspire her commitment to empowering women in their health journeys. Her personal experiences as a mother enrich her professional approach, adding a layer of empathy and understanding to her patient interactions.
